What is NOT to love about this cover? The model's soft gaze at the reader is not confrontational, but she's not frightened either. She looks strong and complex.
The colors of the butterflies are bright, blended and startling. They look like they are in motion before your very eyes. And the mystery! The girl looks like she made of butterflies! She is gradually, butterfly by butterfly, being whisked away into the wind to some magical adventure. After reading the synopsis, it's not wonder there's this fantasy element on the cover. This magical and vivid cover makes me so anxious to own this novel.
