Top Ten Tuesday! (4)

Hello! And welcome to another Top Ten Tuesday!
Thank you to The Broke and the Bookish for hosting. I am seriously addicted to making lists so this might be one of my favorite meme's ever.
I am such a nerd.

Anyway, this week's question is:
Top Ten Authors I'd put on my Auto-Buy list
So. Easy.

1. Neil Gaiman
I love most of his stuff, but even the stuff I don't completely love, I'm still happy I read.

2. Richelle Mead
Hello? She wrote Vampire Academy and the Succubus series.

3. Tom Robbins

I can't explain it. You just have to read him to understand.

4. Deborah Harkness
Fell in love with Discovery of Witches and the sequel. I will read whatever she writes next.

5. Christopher Moore
So funny. So brilliant.

6. J. R Ward
This woman knows how to write paranormal romance. I am totally obsessed with the Black Dagger Brotherhood series, and seem to stalk her new releases. Totally worth it.

7. Maggie Stiefvater
While the Wolves of Mercy Falls series and her other books, are solid, I fell in love with Scorpio Races. Pre-order. Period.

8. Jennifer Echols

If I want some YA realistic fiction, she's one of my favorites.

9. Michael Chabon

Kavalier & Clay, Wonderboys. Love.

10. Carlos Ruiz Zafon
The man who wrote Shadow of the Wind is a pre-order. Hands down.

Honorable mention:

John Irving
Audrey Niffenegger

What are your Pre-order favorites?!

  1. I love Richelle Mead, but I really like her VA and Bloodlines series only, so I was kind of hesitant to add her to mine. && I can't believe I forgot Jennifer Echols. I. LOVE. HER.
