I'm going with Zombies. After reading Dearly, Departed I find them even more creepier.
ReplyDeleteVampires! Smart, cute, fast:)
ReplyDeleteZombies! Zombie romance, woo! 'Nuff said. Thanks for the giveaway! :) tomakunisnumberone at gmail dot com
ReplyDeleteVampires - strong, beautiful, immortal, and only a minor drawback of blood addiction:)
ReplyDeleteZombies! Vampires are just overdone for me. But I can never get enough zombies!
ReplyDeleteVampires are definitely more attractive, but Zombies would definitely win in a fight. I haven't read any zombie books, so I'd choose a zombie book to read.
ReplyDeleteVamps, never could get into the decaying crusty zombie thing, lol :)
ReplyDeleteOh vampires definitely. And not the Twilight ones. The trained ninjas in Vampire Academy. Zombies r just ewwww!
ReplyDeletewell, shoot. i feel like zombies and vampires are kind of evenly matched. vampires can suck their blood but not much will happen since they are already, technically, dead. but i guess they could just rip their heads off. and zombies would not be smart enough I think to figure out how to kill vampires. so i think vampires win.
ReplyDeleteTotally going with zombies! They can either be the main part of the story or an undertone, but they much more of a "creep" factor in my opnion.
ReplyDeleteVampires. They have the strength and are practically immortal although zombies aren't able to feel pain so they don't stop when trying to eat someone, vampires do feel pain if they are hurt. But still I would rather drink blood for eternity then eat brains or other body parts off of people.
ReplyDeleteI feel that they're sort of similar. Just the fact that vampires suck blood while zombies eat brains I guess. I prefer vampires, since you can survive a vampire bite.
ReplyDeleteVampires because zombies don't even resemble humans...
ReplyDeleteTough call...I love vampires but there have been a lot of cool zombie books lately too! Thanks for the giveaway! Dying to read this one:)
ReplyDeleteVampires i only like zonbies on movies on books I don't
ReplyDeleteVampires! even though they tend to drink they are so much more glamorous that zombies who are just gross!
ReplyDeleteVampires! Strong and beautiful, duh!
ReplyDeleteVampires. Modern vamps at least are all stunning steamy gods, zombies to me are rotting, yucky messes!
ReplyDeleteI've read really good books with both in them (The Vampire Academy, Dearly, Departed) so I can't really choose. They both rock! In books, at least...
ReplyDeleteNo contest. Vampires = dead but sexy, Zombies = dead with decaying flesh.
ReplyDeleteI think its vampires....
ReplyDeleteWhen you think of zombie its, rotten flesh and smelly
Vampires are better :o)
ReplyDeleteZombies will forever gross me out XD
ReplyDeleteVampires I guess, zombies are just so scary and yuck!
ReplyDeleteVampires need life blood and I'm pretty sure zombies prefer it. They just don't make good dining companions. I bet the vampires make the zombies subserviant - kind of like the clean up crew.
ReplyDeleteVampires. Zombies are so creepy.
ReplyDeleteDefinitely Vampires! I hate zombies! They give me nightmares.
ReplyDeleteVamps. Zombies are kinda creepy.
ReplyDeleteVampires, because the Bloodlines series helped restore my faith in them, along with Deborah Harkness's All Souls Trilogy. Hurrah for new faith in vamps! Plus, zombies are gross.
ReplyDeleteVampires because at least they can think...Zombies are just groaning around

Vampires! id rather feed on animal blood than eat humans
ReplyDeleteLove em both, but vampires are getting worn thin. Bring on more Zombie's please. I would love to see more vamps as well, but the original kind of vampire. The Dracula vamps, or Interview with a Vampire vamps, not the sweet, loving, gentle, animal eating vamps. Bring on some brooding! Zombies are just now really coming into the YA world and I feel like there is a whole lot more to explore with them. I just love em both, to be honest!
ReplyDeletezombies have nothing on vampires (maybe this is because zombies scare the crap out of me, like a lot) and zombies in books? really? yawn sorry to those who like it, but its just not my cup of tea :) Vampires all the way!!!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely vampires. They're sexy. Zombies are gross. I can't read a zombie book & enjoy it. However I can read a dozen vampire books & not get bored.
ReplyDeleteVampires = #1
I much prefer Vampires. Vampires are strong, smart, swift, cunning and most of all sexy. Zombies are scary, disgusting, slow and I would assume all zombies are mostly dumb. I have yet to hear of a smart zombie, thought I could be wrong since I steer clear of most zombie books and in no way do I find zombies sexy :)
ReplyDeleteJolene A
Zombies, definitely. I don't understand the appeal behind sexy vampires... blood is gross. Zombies are real and scary!
ReplyDeleteI definitely don't find Zombies sexy, but I do think they are awesome and scary. Vampires on the other hand are sexy and can also be scary.
ReplyDeleteHmmmm. That's a good question! I'm thinking Vampires. I'm not really down with the whole decaying thing...ya know?
ReplyDeleteVampires all the way.

Vamps! Zombies scare me too much!
ReplyDeleteHmmm... In the end they both team up to eat people... DX
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway! :D
Zombies.
ReplyDeleteI mean...
it's a /zombie/.
Vampires! They're fast and strong while the Zombies are slower and their bits fall off!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to go with vampires. I would rather be a vampire than a zombie. Since most zombies are either falling apart or only want human flesh, well at least the ones I've read about. Plus if I'm a vampire maybe I would get some cool power. Sounds good to me.
ReplyDeleteZombies!! Nothing more exciting than end of the world!
ReplyDeletedefinitely vampires, they could so kick some zombie butt
ReplyDeleteTeam Vampires for sure!
ReplyDeleteVampires for me.
ReplyDeleteIt depends on what we're talking about here. If it's which one I prefer reading about, I'd have to go with zombies. If it's who's scarier, again I'd have to go with zombies because they operate as a hive instead of having individual thought and therefore wouldn't stop attacking you or rampaging your village until they are super duper, ripped to shreds dead. If the question is who would win in a fight, sadly I'm going to have to say vampires, not Twilight, romantic, sparkly vampires but gruesome, mouth full of razor sharp teeth vampires since they are harder to stop and can strategize unless the horde of zombies is really, really big. Zombies still win in my book, though, and in books in general in my opinion! ~Haily
ReplyDeleteTwilight made me have abas taste for vamps and on the gore factor gimme zombies tho carpenter had some bad arsed vamps so its a toss up but if we go for the sexy factor then deff vamps out of the two
ReplyDeletevampires all the way! - regnod(at)yahoo(d0t)com
ReplyDeleteI have always loved vampires (movies & books). I have never liked zombies probably because vampires are sexy bad boys while zombies are not.

I love vampires my favorite to read paranormal is my favorite to read about and Richelle Mead has been one of my favorite Authors for long time! Thank you for the great giveaway!
ReplyDeleteZOMBIES. I heard there's a pride and prejudice zombie film coming out. heck yeahhh
ReplyDeleteI've never been a huge fan of vampires, but I'd still have to choose them over zombies. My view of Zombies is one thing alone: brainless.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!
Definitely have to pick vamps. The zombies seem to keep having things falling off, which is a little off putting to say the lease Thank you so much for the fun pondering.
ReplyDeleteI would have to say vampires but that's only because I haven't really read any zombie books!!!
ReplyDeleteProbably vampire, I haven't read too many zombie books.
