Exploring the Bookshelf! (5)

Hello Friends! Welcome to another edition of Exploring the Bookshelf. I'm your crazy book girl, Kimberly, and this week we are going to be visiting my friend Carrie!

You'll remember, Carrie did a guest post review on The Sounding by Carrie Salo. (Not the same person. Seriously.)

And today, Carrie took some pictures of her awesome book collection.

Thanks for letting us into your home Carrie!

I love how Carrie chooses to shelve things in different directions. I like how they're stacked differently in each cubby, and the canvas bins.
Wonder what she's hiding in those...

I love these. Carrie hand painted the frames, and placed her niece's and nephews drawings in them. The books shelves are called floating book shelves. I love the effect they give, leaving a lot of open space and no clutter.

Carrie is very chic and piles up her books like this near her bed as a nightstand.
Hey, Carrie, isn't that my copy of Child 44?
Hmmmmm.....

Thank you for sending me these pictures Carrie!
You can follow Carrie on Goodreads and read more of her reviews there.
Don't fret!
She'll be doing some guest posting on The Windy Pages very soon so keep your eyes out!
